摘要
针对化合物半导体光源产品多品种小批量质量控制难题,分析了传统控制图的应用缺陷,提出了利用成组技术、数据转换、BP网络技术途径识别、分析并预测多品种小批量生产过程中的异常模式。结合实例验证了该控制图的有效性。
According to the problems of quality control of compound semiconductor light source with multispecification and small- batch production,the defects of traditional control charts are analyzed.Group technology,data conversion,backpropagation(BP) neuralnetworkare put forward to analyze and forecastthe abnormalpatterns in multi- specification and small-batch production.Finally,the effectiveness of the control chart is verified by an example.
