摘要
本文针对TA2 管材挤压过程中,挤压温度、玻璃润滑、挤压速度等工艺参数对挤压质量影响的机理进行了研究.这三个因素通过改变金属流动均匀性、挤压力大小、边界摩擦条件等方式,影响挤压产品质量.制订工艺时,应先根据产品特性确定挤压温度,再根据挤压温度确定玻璃润滑剂和挤压速度.挤压TA2 管材时,挤压温度870-880℃,采用玻璃润滑(外涂粉为TLC-8-22,内涂粉为360W-2,玻璃垫为GD-9-8),挤压速度为60-70mm/s,可得到良好的质量.
In the process of extrusion of TA2 tube , the mechanism of the influence of process parameters such asextrusion temperature, glass lubrication, extrusion speed on the quality of TA2 tube are studied. These three factors af.fect the quality of extruded products by changing the metal flow uniformity, the extrusion force, the boundary frictionconditions and so on. When making process, the extrusion temperature can be determined according to the characteris.tics of the product, and the glass lubricant and the extrusion speed can be determined according to the extrusion tem.perature. The TA2 pipe extruded by using extrusion temperature of 870-880℃ , glass lubrication (outer powderTLC-8-22, inner powder 360W-2, glass mat GD-9-8), the extrusion speed of 60-70mm/s, can get good quality.
