摘要
根据超低碳无钴马氏体时效钢在预处理过程中的组织转变规律,实施了热轧板材降温控轧工艺优化,在控制板材残余奥氏体含量较低基础上,增加奥氏体变形含量,提高材料屈服强度,解决热轧板材屈服强度不满足标准要求的问题。
According to the law of the microstructure transformation of ultra low carbon maraging steel without co.balt during the process of pretreatment, the controlled rolling process optimization at lower temperature was conductedon the hot rolled sheet. On the basis of control of lower residual austenite content, the yield strength of the material wasincreased by increasing deformation of austenite, so the problem about the yield strength of hot rolled sheet not meetingthe requirements of standard was solved.
