摘要
M2钢的脱碳敏感性是该类高速钢的重要特征,脱碳层也是M2钢质量和性能的重要因素。通过大量的生产实践证明,成品钢板的脱碳层主要来自于成品退火。本文通过试验分析了退火温度和时间对M2钢脱碳层的影响,并给出了避免脱碳层不合的具体措施。
Decarburization sensitivity of M2 steel is an important feature of this kind of high speed steel, decarbu-rization layer is also an important factor of the quality and performance of M2 steel. A lot of production practices provedthat the decarburization layer of the finished plate mainly caused by the final annealing. This paper analyzes the influ-ence of annealing temperature and time on the M2 steel decarburization layer through experiment, and gives some mea-sures to avoid unqualified decarburization layer.
