摘要
本文研究采用不同的生产工艺对高碳铬轴承钢碳化物带状的影响。结果表明,在炼钢连铸过程中采用合适的轻压下量,同时轧钢进行10小时高温扩散,再配合轧后快速冷却,高碳铬轴承钢的碳化物带状改善最好。
The effect of different production processes on carbide bandings of high carbon chromium bearing steel wasstudied in this paper. The results show that by using soft reduction in the continuous casting, high temperature diffusion for 10hours while steel rolling , and fast cooling after rolling, the carbide bandings of high carbon chromium bearing steel has beenimproved significantly .
