钢铁企业突发事件应急管理初探

Study on Emergency Management in Iron and Steel Enterprises

突发事件应急管理是我国近十几年来,经济和社会转型时期研究的新课题。本文介绍了突发事件的分类、分级、分期、特点,以及突发事件应急管理的要素、原则、目的,分析了钢铁企业突发事件应急管理现状及主要类型,提出了钢铁企业突发事件应急管理的对策,以期为钢铁企业的稳定和发展尽绵薄之力。

Emergency management is a new topic for China’s economic and social transformation research in thelast decade. Classification, grade, stage and characteristics of emergency and element, principle and purpose of emer.gency management were described in this paper. Current situation and main types of emergency management of steelenterprises were analyzed. Countermeasures for emergency management in steel enterprise were proposed in order tocontribute to stability and development of the iron and steel enterprises.
