摘要
目的:观察p53和bcl-2基因在股骨头坏死动物模型中的变化,了解其在该疾病发病的作用。方法:32只3个月龄新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组和对照组(均以幼兔的右侧股骨头为实验侧),给予实验组动物经右侧股骨颈注射医用TH胶0.5ml致骺板缺血,建立幼兔Perthes病模型(A组),以相同方法用给予对照组右侧股骨头注射同等剂量生理盐水(B组),分别于建模后第6、8、10、12周取两组等量动物进行股骨头病理切片,观察两组股骨头p53和bcl-2凋亡基因表达的变化。结果:A组p53基因表达阳性率与股骨头骺板细胞凋亡率呈明显正相关性(r=0.7,P<0.05),bcl-2基因表达阳性率与其之间呈明显负相关性(r=-0.7,P<0.01)。B组p53与bcl-2基因无明显变化。结论:p53和bcl-2凋亡基因与儿童股骨头坏死有相关性。
Objective:to observe the p53 and BCL-2gene expression in animal models of children femoral head necrosis,discusses its impact on the pathogenesis of the disease.Methods:32 New Zealand rabbit were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,through the femoral neck give experimental group(group A)the right side of the femoral head in medical TH glue injection of 0.5ml,giving the control group(group B)the right side of the femoral head in normal saline of 0.5ml,after 6,8,10,12 weeks observe two groups of femoral head p53 and bcl-2apoptosis gene expression changes.Results:After modeling group A positive rate of p53 gene expression and femoral head epiphyseal plate apoptosis rate was significantly positive correlation(r= 0.7,P<0.05),the BCL-2gene expression was significantly negative correlation between positive rate(r=0.7,P<0.7),Conclusion:p53and bcl-2apoptosis genes have correlation with children femoral head necrosis.
