胫骨远端骨折15例外固定支架应用体会

摘要 外固定支架是一种内、外固定两者兼而有之的固定方法。固定针是与骨唯一的联系,属于最早的微创技术。自上个世纪50年代以来,随着高能量外力所致的严重开放性骨折的日益增多,尤其是近二十年来交通的发展,带来多发车祸所致的伴有软组织严重损伤的骨折,用传统方法处理这些病人就很困难,以及生物力学和骨折愈合基础理论等相关学科的发展,使得外固定支架重新受到重视并应用到骨折治疗的临床工作中,
