病理性博彩的神经生物机制研究

Research on the Neurobiological Mechanisms of Pathological Gambling

病理性博彩是博彩领域中的一种不健康博彩行为,该行为是目前博彩研究领域中所关注的焦点问题之一,尤其是其在DSM5中被归为"行为性成瘾"一类后,业界对该主题的研究更加深入具体。应用文献资料法,对国内外有关病理性博彩的概念、评价标准及其演变过程进行全面的梳理,并从认知神经学、神经生物学角度对病理性博彩的神经生物机制进行综述和评述。研究主要发现:病理性博彩者对脑内负责奖赏系统不敏感;博彩线索加工是诱发博彩行为的一个关键因素;病理性博彩者冲动控制神经通路异于正常群体;病理性博彩者大脑某些功能存在障碍是导致其决策障碍的神经机制之一。文章提出了该课题的未来研究方向。

Pathological gambling is an unhealthy behavior in the field of gambling,and this behavior is one of the focus problems in the gambling research field,especially when the pathological gambling was classified in the DSM5 as a behavioral addiction,and thus drew more attention from researchers.By means of literature review,the concept of pathological gambling is illustrated and the assessment criteria of pathological gambling are also introduced clearly.Furthermore,the neurobiological mechanisms of pathological gambling are described from the perspectives of cognitive neurology and neurobiology,and it was found out that pathological gamblers are not sensitive to the reward system of brain;gambling clues processing is a key factor inducing gambling behavior;pathological gamblers' neural pathways for impulse control is different from the control groups;there are some obstacles with certain brain functions of the pathological gamblers,which is one of the neural mechanism for causing its decision-making disorder.Finally,suggestions for future research are discussed.
