摘要
基于大学—产业—政府非线性网状创新的三螺旋理论,运用社会网络分析方法,选取三个有代表性的国家级高新技术产业园区进行问卷调查,对区域创新网络结构及特征进行分析。研究结果表明,从网络结构特征可以将区域协同创新网络分为以政府为主导、以大学为主导和以企业为主导三种类型,政府、大学、企业分别在以各自为主导的创新网络中起到资源配置和支撑作用,其他两类主体协同参与创新,而中介机构在协同创新中主要发挥结构洞作用。
The collaborative innovation among government, industry and university (research) has been the main model of regional in- novation. Based on the triple helix theory which focus on university-industry-government spiral nonlinear network innovation, using social network analysis method, this paper described and explained the regional collaborative innovation network structure and character- istics by using the data of three national hi-tech industrial parks. The results show that regional collaborative innovation network should be divided into three types which are government oriented, university oriented and enterprise oriented. Governments, universities and enterprises play the role of resource allocation and network support in the three networks respectively, and the other two main bodies in- volved in the collaborative innovation. Intermediary institution plays a role of structural hole in collaborative innovation.
