摘要 采用2009—2014年30个省份区域面板数据,使用最新改进的非线性动态面板门槛模型,以区域已有技术水平为门槛变量,实证分析了自主研发、技术转移与区域创新质量关系中非线性动态作用机理。研究发现:自主研发和技术转移对区域创新质量均存在显著的区域已有技术水平双门槛效应,区域已有技术水平较低时,自主研发和技术转移推动作用均不明显或呈现负向影响,而当区域已有技术水平跨越"临界值"时,自主研发和技术转移发挥正向作用,其中国内技术购买的技术创新路径最为有效。 This paper used the regional panel data of China's 30 provinces in 2009-2014 and the improved nonlinear dynamic panel threshold model to empirically analyze the nonlinear dynamic mechanism of the relationship among independent R&D, technology trans-fer and regional innovation quality based on the threshold variable of existing technical level. The results show that the independent R&D and technology transfer on regional innovation quality had a significant double threshold effect of regional technical level. When the re- gion had a lower level of technology, independent R&D and technology transfer are not obvious or had a negative effect. And when the regional technological level has been across the "critical value", the independent R&D and technology transfer played a positive role, and the technology innovation path of domestic technology purchase was the most effective one. Different regions in the choice of effective technological innovation path needed significant differences.
