摘要
公众对新技术和新产品及其风险认知决定了他们对新技术和新产品的接受度,关系到自主创新的投资收益。由于公众对自主创新风险的认知产生偏差是较为常见的现象,因而研究产生偏差的因素显得非常重要。本文从公众内在因素的视角,对公众的知识信息因素、情感因素、经济利益因素以及价值取向因素等进行研究,从而分析公众风险认知偏差形成机理,以寻求规避自主创新风险的对策。
Public awareness of new technologies and products, as well as their risk perceptions determine their acceptance of new technologies and products, which is closely related to the innovation investment income. Due to the fact that public awareness of the risks of innovations often deviates from the actual risks, studies on the factors leading to these deviations are of great significance. From the perspective of the public internal factors, it studied the potential internal factors such as public information-processing factors, emotional factors, economic factors and the power factor orientation, and analyzed the formation mechanism of the public risk perception deviation, which would in turn provide strategies to reduce the risk of innovation caused by these deviations.
