摘要
目的了解医疗机构口腔科综合治疗台不同类型用水污染现状,分析水质合格率变化情况。方法 2014年3月-12月份对河南省43所医疗机构展开调查,全天分4个时段采集水样并进行菌落总数检测,对不同时段用水之间水质合格率进行统计分析。结果共采集水样1 280份,细菌总数中位数为150CFU/ml,合格率44.53%;4个时段中,水质合格率逐渐上升,消毒后水质合格率最高且与其他3个时段差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);上班前储水罐水同手机喷水水质合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔科综合治疗台水路污染状况严重,上午上班前水质污染状况尤其严重,采取消毒措施一定程度上能够改善口腔科综合治疗台水路水质。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of contamination of dental unit waterlines in department of stomatology of medical institutions and analyze the change of qualified rate of water quality. METHODS A survey was conducted for 43 medical institutions in Henan province from Mar 2014 to Dec 2014, then the water samples were collected to detect the total bacterial colony counts at four time periods of one whole day, and the qualified rates of water quality were statically analyzed at the different time periods. RESULTS A total of 1 280 water samples were collected, the median bacterial colony counts were 150 CFU/ml, the qualified rate was 44.53 %. The qualified rate of the water quality was gradually increased in the four time periods, the qualified rate of the water quality was the highest after the disinfection, as compared with other 3 time periods, there was significant difference (P〈0.05) ; there was significant difference in the qualified rate of the water quality between the storage tank water and the turbine handpieces water (P〈0.05) before work. CONCLUSION The contamination of the dental unit waterlines is serious in the department of stomatology, and the contamination of the water quality is es- pecially serious before the work in the morning. The disinfection of the waterlines, to some extent, may facilitate the improvement of the water quality of dental unit waterlines in the department of stomatology.
