摘要
目的建立复用鼻镜清洗的清洗流程并应用Proreveal荧光蛋白技术评价清洗效果,探讨器械保湿剂对复用鼻镜清洗效果的影响,为优化清洗流程改善清洗质量提供依据。方法选取医院2016年2月-3月耳鼻喉科门诊患者诊疗操作后复用鼻镜共100件,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50件,试验组鼻镜清洗流程采用器械保湿剂手工预处理后全自动清洗消毒机清洗,对照组鼻镜清洗流程为全自动清洗消毒机清洗,分别在清洗前后对鼻镜应用Proreveal荧光蛋白技术进行检测,计算两组器械清洗前后荧光蛋白检测值的差异。结果试验组鼻镜清洗前后荧光蛋白检测值差异的平均值为18.8μg,对照组鼻镜清洗前后荧光蛋白检测值差异的平均值为17.1μg,两组数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复用鼻镜采用医疗保湿剂进行手工预处理,可有效改善清洗质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the cleaning process of reusable rhinoscopes, evaluate the cleaning effect by u- sing ProReyeal fluorescence-- based protein test, and explore the impact of device humectants on the cleaning effect of the reusable rhinoscopes so as to optimize the cleaning process and improve the cleaning quality. METHODS A total of 100 reusable rhinoscopes that were used by the ear, nose, throat outpatient department from Feb 2016 to Mar 2013 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 pieces in each. The experimental group was treated with automatic cleaning and disinfection ma- chine after the manual pretreatment with device humectants, while the control group was given automatic cleaning and disinfection machine. The rhinoscopes were examined by using ProReveal fluorescence-based protein test after the cleaning, and the difference value of the fluorescence protein test was calculated and compared between the two groups before and after the cleaning. RESULTS The mean difference value of the fluorescence protein test was 18. 8μg in the experimental group before and after the cleaning, 17. μg in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION The manual pretreatment of the reusable rhinoscopes with medi- cal humectants can effectively improve the cleaning quality.
