兼职护士对静脉药物配伍禁忌知识掌握及职业防护的现状调查

Part-time nurses' acquisition of knowledge of intravenous drug compatibility taboo and current status of occupational protection

目的了解兼职护士对静脉药物配伍禁忌知识的掌握情况及对配置细胞毒性药物的职业防护的认知情况,并对其进行统计分析,为制定并完善对兼职护士培训与指导,以提高患者的用药安全及制订相应的安全防护措施。方法对护师53名,护士79名共132名参与配液中心配液的兼职护士进行问卷调查。结果不同职称兼职护士对药物配伍禁忌了解情况,护师平均分为(25.25±8.30)分;护士平均(16.53±8.69)分,护士较护师掌握程度差,差异有统计学意义P<0.05;兼职护士对各类药物的配伍禁忌了解情况最差的是促凝血类;对细胞毒性药物的防护知识认知情况最差的是抽取药液时液体量不超过注射器容量的3/4,认知率为13.64%。结论参与配液中心配液的兼职护士,对药物的配伍禁忌了解情况差,对细胞毒性药物的职业防护掌握率低,应加强兼职护士对药物配伍禁忌以及细胞毒性药物的职业防护的培训,最大限度地减少细胞毒性药物对兼职护士造成的职业危害。

OBJECTIVE To understand the part-time nurses＂ acquisition of knowledge of intravenous drug compati- bility taboo and their cognition of configuration of cytotoxic drugs, perform the statistical analysis, formulate and perfect the training and guidance of the part-time nurses so as to improve the safety of medication and put forward corresponding protection measures. METHODS The questionnaire survey was conducted for a total of 132 part-time nurses who worked in pharmacy intravenous admixture services, including 53 nurse practitioners and 79 nurses. RESULTS As for the acquisition of knowledge of intravenous drug compatibility taboo of the part-time nurses with different titles, the average score of the nurse practitioners was （25.25＋8.30）points, the average score of the nurses was （16.53 ＋ 8.69） points, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. The part-time nurses＇ acquisi- tion of compatibility taboo of procoagulant drugs was the poorest; the acquisition of knowledge of protection of cy- totoxic drugs was the poorest when liquid was extracted, and the cognition rate was 2.27%. CONCLUSION The part-time nurses＇ acquisition of knowledge of intravenous drug compatibility taboo is poor, and the rate of acquisi- tion of occupational protection of cytotoxic drugs is low. It is necessary to strengthen the training of occupational protection of cytotoxic drugs as well as the knowledge of intravenous drug compatibility taboo so as to minimize the occupational hazard induced by the cytotoxic drugs to pharmaceutical nursing staff.
