转变教学模式促进拔尖创新人才培养——基于“慕课学习+翻转课堂”的理性思考 被引量:84

Transforming Teaching Model to Promote the Cultivation of Top-notch Innovative Talents——Based on the Rational Consideration of "MOOCs + Flipped Classroom"

摘要 当前,我国经济社会发展需要培养出"数以千万计的专门人才和一大批拔尖创新人才",对传统的教学模式提出了挑战。借助现代信息技术的便利,实施"慕课学习+翻转课堂"的教学模式和"慕课学习+专家指导"的教学模式,有利于知识的应用、分析、评价和创造。从传统的"课内教师讲、学生听"为主的教学评价模式,逐步转向同时重视"传统课教学模式"和"慕课学习+翻转课堂的教学模式"以及"慕课学习+专家指导的教学模式",有助于促进拔尖创新人才的培养。实施"慕课学习+翻转课堂"需要完善相应的信息技术环境,提供有效的在线学习保障,给予有针对性的个性化指导,尝试弹性教学管理与多样化的评价制度。 Currently, the social and economic development in China requires tens of millions of specialized personnels and a large number of top-notch innovative talents, which has brought challenges to traditional teaching models. Based on the convenience of modem information and technology, the implementation of teaching models of "MOOCs +flipped classroom" and "MOOCs+ expert guidance" is beneficial to the application, analysis, evaluation and innovation of knowledge. The gradual transformation from the traditional teaching evaluation model dominated by teacher talking and students listening in classroom to the simultaneous attention .to traditional classroom teaching, MOOCs + flipped classroom, and MOOCs+ expert guidance, is helpful to promote the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. To carry out the teaching model of MOOCs +flipped classroom, we should improve the relevant information and technology environment, offer effective online learning guarantee, provide targeted personalized guidance, and attempt the flexible teaching management and diversified evaluation system.
