摘要
自助值机凭借其占用资源少、不受旅客地理位置限制、值机时间自由等优势,已成为许多航空旅客值机的首选,且是未来值机发展的重要方向与趋势之一。通过对我国某大型机场旅客自助值机选择行为的数据采集,实证分析了民航旅客自助值机选择行为影响因素,构建了基于二元Logit理论及方法的旅客自助值机选择行为模型。通过比较所建模型的计算结果与实际统计数据,验证了模型的有效性与准确性。并结合分析结果,为机场和航空公司使用自助值机方式给出建议。
Self- service check- in has become the preferred choice of air passengers, no limitation by the geographical location of the passengers as well as the free check- in time, which makes such check- in method a significant direction and trend for further development. Through the data acquisition of air pas- sengers' self- service check- in choice in a certain large- scale airport, this paper empirically analyzed the influence factors of air passenger self- service choice behavior. Meanwhile, it also constructed a self- serv- ice choice behavior model based on binary logit model theory and method. By comparing the calculated results with the actual statistical data, the validity and accuracy of the model were verified. Meanwhile, the analysis results may give corresponding suggestions for the business strategy of relevant departments.
