海上油田可洗井过电缆插入密封工具研制

Development of Well Washing and Through Cable Insert Sealing Tool for Offshore Oil Field

介绍了一种适合海上油田的可洗井过电缆插入密封工具,可用于防砂井防砂段中进行电缆穿越及密封,并且能够实现反洗井功能。可洗井过电缆插入密封工具依靠密封模块对隔离封隔器光筒的过盈配合实现密封。该工具具有电缆通道和洗井通道,可在防砂井中实现钢管电缆的穿越、分层和反洗井的功能,弥补了常规分层工具不能同时具备过电缆及反洗井功能的缺陷。介绍了该工具的结构、原理、陆地性能试验及现场应用情况。目前该工具在海上油田应用效果良好,具有很好的市场推广前景。

This paper discussed the Well-flushing cable insert seal used for offshore oil field.It can be used for sand control Wells of sand control section of cable crossing and seal,and can realize the backwashing well function.The tool relying on packer seal module of the light cone,with cable channels and wash well,it can be implemented in the sand control well steel cable crossing,layering,and backwashing well function,making up for the conventional hierarchical tool does not have a combination of cable and backwashing well functional defects.The insert seal structure,principle,performance test and application in offshore oilfield are introduced,which effect is good in offshore oilfield,it has a good market prospects.
