摘要
连续管入井深度受到测量装置的精度、连续管变形等因素的影响。特别是连续管累计起下行程越大时,其误差可能就越大,导致连续管起出井口时,操作人员无法准确判断其实际位置,易将连续管抽离防喷盒或携带的工具掉落井中。目前,有一种连续管起出报警装置在少数油田使用,但技术还不成熟,使用过程中存在滚轮偏磨、误报警、漏报警、控制电路不稳定等问题。针对现有装置,进行了滚轮总成、传感器总成、推杆总成和电路系统的改进设计。应用表明,改进后的连续管起出报警装置安装操作简单、灵敏度高、运行稳定可靠、无误报警、漏报警的情况发生,提高了连续管井下作业的安全性。
During the operation, CT depth is affected by the measuring accuracy and CT deformation. Especially when the CT total footage becomes large, the inaccuracy will be more, therefore the operator is not able to know the actual depth of the coiled tubing when running out the tub-ing, then the coiled tubing will be easily pulled out of the stripper or the attached tools fall down into the hole. There is a kind of run-out warning device being used in few oilfields currently,but it is immature,with the problems of roller wear,false alarm,missing alarm and unstable control circuit. Based on the existed device, this article optimizes the roller assembly, transducer assembly, push rod assembly and the circuit system. The application has shown that the improved run-out warning device is with the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, stable running, and it eliminates the false alarm and missing alarm,thus the safety performance of CT downhole operation has been highly improved.
