摘要
基于欧拉—拉格朗日离散相理论,建立了TC4钛合金微量润滑(MQL)外圆车削模型,应用Fluent对不同润滑油参数的切削流场进行数值模拟,研究了润滑油添加前后流场的分布特性,分析了润滑油参数对工件冷却效果的影响规律。模拟结果显示:加入润滑油后速度场变化较小,而温度场变化显著,且润滑油参数(比热容、导热系数、动力粘度和润滑油用量)的变化对冷却效果可产生不同的影响。
Based on the Discrete Phase Model of Euler-Lagrangian, a cylindrical turning model of the MQL cutting TC4 Titanium alloy was gave. The FLUENT software was used to carry out the numerical Simulation of cooling effect for different spray parameters of lubricating oil. The distribution of flow field was re-searched when and after adding the lubricating oil and the influence rule of cooling effect was discussed when spray parameters changed. The simulation results showed that, after adding oil, the pressure and tem-perature field would change significantly,nevertheless the velocity field almost the same. And the influence of cooling effect ware different when spray parameters changed.
