浅谈医药销售企业在运营资金管理中存在的问题及解决对策

Discussion on the problems existing in operating capital management of pharmaceutical sales enterprises and its countermeasures

研究在分析医药销售企业常见的运营资金管理问题基础上,提供了加强医药销售企业的库存管理,合理利用商业平台和信用体系,加强运营资金的预算管理,借鉴发达国家运营资金管理的经验等对策,为医药销售企业整合内外关系,实施科学的运用资金管理提出了参考性的建议和措施。

Based on the common issues of operating capital management in pharmaceutical sales enterprises,this paper proposed measures of strengthening inventory management,rationally using commercial platform and credit system,strengthening budget management of operational capital and learning from the experience of developed countries in operating capital management,which provides advice and reference for the integration of external and internal relations,and the implementation of scientific capital management.
