档案的信息化是在档案活动过程中全面应用通讯技术、网络技术等现代化高科技的手段,合理地用信息科学技术对档案信息资源进行管理、开发并提供利用,以达到加强人事档案信息化建设,促进社会的经济、文化等发展。但是,我国目前人事档案的信息化建设还存在较大问题,为了促进人事档案信息化管理,推动办公自动化,实现信息资源共享提供先进的技术、方法和手段,就必须对其进行深入研究。

The informationization of files is a modern high-tech means,such as communication technology and network technology,in the course of files activities. The information science and technology are used to manage,develop and utilize the files information resources in order to strengthen the personnel files informatization construction. However,there are still some problems in the informatization construction of personnel files. It needs to make in-depth analysis of this issue to enhance the informatization management of personnel files, promote office automation, and provide advanced technology,methods and means of achieving information resources sharing.
