摘要
传统零售业企业要在电子商务背景下的市场与发展环境中获得成长,就必须从人力资源管理上着眼,以传统零售业企业的成长为前提,构建人力资源管理的新体系,更好地适应电子商务时代的特点,为传统零售业企业搭建起科学人力资源管理的新平台和新机制。研究分析了传统零售业企业在电子商务时代进行人力资源管理的基本问题,提供了传统零售业企业更好地在电子商务时代进行人力资源管理的基本对策。
To get development from market and development environment under the background of e-commerce,traditional retail enterprises should focus on human resource management,build a new system of human resource management,better adapt to the characteristics of the e-commerce era, and build a scientific human resources management platform and a new mechanism. The basic problems of the traditional retail enterprises in human resources management in the e-commerce era was analyzed,and the countermeasures to better carry out human resources management of traditional retail enterprises in the e-commerce era were provided in this paper.
