以互联网时代作为背景,对制造业的人力资源管理展开了研讨,分析了制造业企业在互联网时代人力资源管理中存在的问题,提供了制造业企业如何在互联网背景下创新人力资源管理的思考,希望为制造业把握互联网时代浪潮,更好地创设制造业发展新局面,建立和创新人力资源管理新模式起到参考作用。
Based on the background of the Internet era,the human resource management of manufacturing industry was discussed,the existing problems in the background of the Internet were analyzed,and the reflections on how to innovate human resources management in the Internet era was proposed,hoping to provide a reference for better establishing new situation of manufacturing development,building and innovating a new model of human resources management.
