摘要 在论述当前企业员工培训存在的问题及其后果的基础上,探讨了大数据在人力资源管理中的应用,并从企业人力资源战略规划,企业组织分析、任务分析和人员分析,培训方法选择,以及培训结果评估等维度,构建了大数据背景下的企业员工培训模式。最后,提出了利用大数据进行员工培训应注意的问题。 Based on the discussion of the existing problems and the consequences in staff training of enterprises,this paper explores the application of large data in human resource management and constructs enterprise staff training mode under large data background from dimensions of human resources strategic planning,organizational analysis,task analysis and staff analysis,training method choice and training result evaluation. Finally,it gives the problems that should be paid attention to.
