职业教育服务新生代农民工职业转换的“嵌入式”路径研究

Research on the “Embedded”Path of Vocational Education Serving the Transition of New Generation of Migrant Workers' Career

新型城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,而人的城镇化核心是新生代农民工的职业转换,职业转换的重点是人力资本与社会资本的提高,职业教育可以作为提高两方面资本的关键结点。此文意欲从"嵌入"理论的视角,探索新生代农民工实现优质职业转换的可能路径,职业教育服务新生代农民工职业转换的发展路径。

The core of new urbanization is people＇s urbanization. And the core of people＇s urbanization is the transition of new generation of migrant workers＇ career. The focus of career transition is the improvement of human capital and social capital. Vocational education can be the key to improve the two aspects of capital. This paper intends to explore the possible path of the new generation of migrant workers to realize the high quality professional transition from the perspective of ＂embedded＂ theory. Then it explores the measures which vocational education can do for the development of the new generation of migrant workers.
