摘要
传统的分离冲击环境分析重点关注火工装置本身作用(包括火药爆炸和应力释放等)产生的高频瞬态冲击,在分离结构应力释放对高频瞬态冲击环境的影响和贡献等方面的关注不够。在某线式分离系统高频瞬态冲击环境条件的制定过程中,开展了冲击环境的预示分析和试验验证,并对高频瞬态冲击的各贡献因素进行了详细分析,辨识确定了分离结构高应力释放对高频瞬态冲击的影响程度,摸清了地面及飞行试验中高频冲击环境的差异原因。
Currently,the high frequency shock environments produced by pyrotechnics receive much attention except influences of high stress relaxation.In a certain high frequency shock environment analysis,all affecting factors were considered,especially,the influences of separating structures'higher stress relaxation on high frequency shock environments were studied.All reasons causing the difference between ground test and flight tests were clarified.
