摘要
在对成人开展社区教育的过程中,应考虑成人学习者的认知发展特点及其规律,提高成人学习者学习的有效性。基于此,从成人学习者的认知发展特点出发,探讨如何根据成人学习者认知发展的特征,利用其积极的方面,解决学习过程中可能存在的问题,以期促进成人社区教育有效教学的开展。
In the process of adult community education, the characteristics and rules of adult learners' cognitive development should be taken into consideration, in order to improve the effectiveness of adult learners' learning. From the adult learning characteristics of the cognitive development, this paper discussed how to solve learning problems that may exist in the learning process according to the characteristics of cognitive development in adult learning, so as to promote the development of effective teaching in adult community education.
