慕课背景下常州城市社区教育发展路径研究 被引量:6

摘要 当前,常州城市社区教育存在参与主体结构失衡、课程设置与居民需求存在差距、数字化学习资源没有得到充分运用等问题。慕课与社区教育相结合,将会充分提升社区教育的内涵。它将推进社区教育的数字化均衡发展,拓宽社区教育的普适性,进一步促进单向网络课程资源的互动转化。慕课与社区教育相融合,为常州社区教育的发展提供了新的路径:建设社区慕课试点平台,并逐步向全市推行;与本地高校、企业等合作,构建多元化的课程体系;建立科学合理的评价体系,保证慕课的学习质量和效率;实行线上与线下相结合的教学方式,共促社区教育的发展。在大数据时代,教育与信息技术的深度融合已成为教育发展的趋势,常州城市社区教育也应充分把握这一契机,真正构建全民学习的学习型城市。 At present, there are problems of community education in Changzhou, such as the imbalance of main body structure, the gap between curriculum and the residents' needs, and the digital learning resources being not fully used. The combination of MOOC and community education will fully enhance the connotation of community education. It will promote a balanced development of digital community education, broaden the universality of community education, and further promote the interaction of unidirectional network curriculum resources. Moreover, it provides new paths for the community education development in Changzhou: constructing the MOOC platform and gradually to the city's implementation, cooperating with local universities and enterprises, establishing diversified curriculum system, establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to ensure the quality and efficiency, combining the teaching methods of online and offline to promote the development of community education. In the era of big data, the deep integration of education and information technology has become the trend of the development of education. The community education in Changzhou should also fully grasp this opportunity, and construct the learning city.
