摘要
爆破作业产生的地面振动将给临近建(构)筑物的振动舒适性产生不利影响,引起住户的抱怨、不满甚至投诉,影响爆破作业进行和社会和谐稳定。在分析爆破振动舒适性产生机理基础上,系统总结了爆破振动舒适性的影响因素、现有的评价指标和评价判据。目前国内外大多采用单一阈值指标评价爆破振动舒适性,不但没有考虑振动频率和持续时间等因素的影响,且未考虑人体和建筑物的振动特性,以及人群特点和环境因素等影响。针对传统评价方法的不足,提出了下一步将要研究的目标和方法,对于建立新的爆破振动舒适性评价方法和标准,减少因爆破施工引起的投诉和民事纠纷,具有重要意义。
The ground vibration caused by blasting operation may give rise to a negative effect on the vibration comfort of adjacent buildings (structures),which will cause residents'complaints,dissatisfaction and civil disputes,and then even influence the social harmony and stability seriously.On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of comfort under blasting vibration,the influencing factors,the existing evaluation indexes and criteria of the comfort under blasting vibration were systematically summarized.At present,the single threshold index is often used to evaluate the comfort under blasting vibration,which does not consider the influences of vibration frequency and duration,the vibration characteristics of human bodies and buildings,as well as the crowd characteristics and environmental factors.In view of the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods,the objectives and methods in the next study were proposed,which are of great significance for the establishment of a new blasting vibration comfort evaluation method and standard to reduce the complaints and civil disputes caused by the blasting construction.
