摘要 随着海上风电的快速发展,大功率永磁同步电机的应用越来越多,采用三电平变流器的中压系统因其更低的谐波和更好的控制效果得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了一种基于60°坐标系三电平变流器的SVPWM实现方法,该方法可以省去复杂的三角函数运算,易于工程实现,且控制效果良好;在此基础上介绍了采用模型参考自适应方法实现的永磁同步电机的无速度传感器控制方案,此辨识方法控制原理简单,系统的动态特性好。通过搭建系统的仿真模型,证明了采用60°坐标系的SVPWM方法的正确性和有效性,并验证了基于模型参考自适应的矢量控制方案的控制效果,可以准确获取电机转速和转子位置角信息,并且在突加突减负载的条件下,系统都可以稳定运行,动态特性良好。 With the rapid development of offshore wind power, high power permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) are used more and more widely, and three level medium voltage converters are used widely because of lower harmonic and better control. This paper introduces a SVPWM method of three level converter which is based on 60°coordinates. This method can omit the complex operation of trigonometric function, easy to implement in engineering, and has good control effect; Speed sensorless control scheme using the model reference adaptive for PMSM is also presented, the identification method is simple with good dynamic characteristics. Through constructing the simulation model of the system, the correctness and effectiveness of using the SVPWM method for 60° coordinate system is proved, and the effect of vector control based on model reference adaptiveis verified. Rotor speed and rotor position angle information can be accurately obtained, and in variable load conditions, the system can keep stable operation, and have good dynamic characteristics.
