摘要
本文以某屏蔽电机为例,采用有限元方法对定子屏蔽套疲劳特性进行分析,根据特性分析结果设计并制造了专用的定子屏蔽套疲劳试验装置,依据设计要求规定及ASME法规附录III相关要求进行了定子屏蔽套循环载荷下疲劳试验,试验结果满足要求,证明了某屏蔽电机定子屏蔽套能够满足使用要求。
Stator can fatigue of a certain canned motor was researched in this paper. The fatigue character of stator can was analyzed using finite element method. Special test set up for stator can fatigue was designed and fabricated according to the result of stator can fatigue character analysis. The stator can capability was tested under cyclic loads according to design specification and requirements of the ASME BPVC appendix III. The test result is qualified. It can be concluded thatthe stator can meet the operating requirement.
