摘要
20世纪40年代,被徐悲鸿称赞为"卓越的天才"和中国版画界"巨星"的年轻艺术家古元创作了版画作品《向吴满有看齐》。在延安的革命特殊时期,这一作品具有相当丰富的革命和宣传意义。吴满有典型形象的塑造和图像建构的背后蕴含了丰富的文化、社会和宣传意义。本文从社会学和历史学的角度并以"以图证史"的基于视觉文化的研究方式,试图去探寻图像背后丰富的历史情境、社会结构和政治符码。
As a young artist, Gu Yuan has been called the “towering genius” and “giant star” in the field of Chinese woodblock printing by Xu Beihong. In the 1940s, he created the engraving Keeping up with Wu Manyou, which was of great significance to the revolution and propaganda in Yan’an at that time. The shaping of Wu Manyou as a “typical character” and construction of his images has rich cultural, social and political meaning. Based on sociology and history as well as visual culture, this paper tries to explore the rich historical circumstance, social structure and political codes behind the engraving images.
