基于知识人假设的高校图书馆管理探析

The Exploring Analysis of University Library Management Based on the Assumption Of Knowledge-Oriented Humanity

基于人性假设的西方管理理论,分析当下高校图书馆管理中"人性"的需求变化,提出"知识人"概念,概括了高校图书馆知识人的三个特点:时代性、自由性和可完善性。认为高校图书馆管理应以知识人为逻辑起点和管理基础。

In the paper, in the perspective of the western theory of library management on the basis of human-nature assumption, the changes in the demand of ＂human nature＂ are analyzed in terms of the literary management at colleges and universities, the concept of ＂Knowledge-Oriented Humanity＂ is put forward, and the three features of the knowledge-oriented humanity（contemporaneousness, freedom and perfectibility） are generalized, with the contention that the university library management should be based on the logical starting point and the management of knowledge-based humanity.
