摘要
应用流体仿真软件Fluent对BF型瓦斯继电器重瓦斯报警的过程进行数值模拟,研究其内部流场运动规律。仿真分析发现油流冲击挡板开启的过程中,通过追踪挡板转动力矩变化及挡板背后卡门涡街的脱落,发现加载在挡板上作用力上下波动幅度较大,并伴随着涡激振动。针对以上问题,提出了相应的改进意见及优化其内部结构缺陷的方法。
In view of the Buchholz relay is frequent malfunction and that in practical tests oil flow velocity cannot be accelerated to its setting within 100 ms the fluid simulation software Fluent was applied to the BF Buchholz relay heavy gas alarm numerical simulation,to research on the movement of its internal flow field. The simulation analysis shows that in the oil flow impact opening process,by tracking damper rotational torque change and Karman vortex street shedding behind the damper,it is found that the load on the damper force fluctuates up and down,and accompanied by vortex-induced vibrations. The paper put forward some improvement suggestions and the methods to optimize the internal structure defects.
