基于输入电压的间接式矩阵变换器优化调制策略

摘要 介绍了间接式矩阵变换器的调制策略,以及硬件实现方法。整流级采用无零矢量调制策略,逆变级为了配合整流级调制在经典的SVPWM调制策略的基础上进行了优化,使整流级能实现零电流换流。针对直流母线波动较大的问题,提出了一种基于输入电压的改进调制策略改善输出波形质量。搭建了一台基于DSP+FPGA的试验样机。试验结果表明,间接式矩阵变换器整流级能实现零电流换流,并具有良好的输入输出性能。 This paper introduced the modulation strategy of two-stage matrix converter. The rectifier stage employs vector modulation strategy without zero vector,the inverter stage is improved in the classical SVPWM modulation strategy in order to cooperate the rectifier stage modulation,so that the rectifier stage commutates with zero current,and the hardware implement method of the rectifier stage commutates with zero current. Aiming at the problem of two-stage matrix converter,that the DC / link is volatile,this paper proposes an optimized space vector modulation strategy according to the input voltage in order to improve the quality of output waveform. Finally,an experimental prototype based on DSP + FPGA was built. The experimental results show that the indirect matrix converter can achieve that rectifier stage commutates with zero current and has good input and output performance.
