保留肾单位手术应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of nephron-sparing surgery

越来越多的研究表明,对于T1a期肾癌患者的中长期随访发现,根治性肾切除术与保留肾单位手术的肿瘤学治疗效果无明显差异,但保留肾单位手术能够更好地保留肾功能并可提高病患生存质量。因此,其已逐渐将其作为局限性肾肿瘤的标准术式。对保留肾单位手术的应用及研究也越来越广泛和深入,其适应证也在逐渐扩展。文中主要对保留肾单位手术的应用及研究进展进行综述,探讨保留肾单位手术目前的技术手段及前景展望。

More and more studies show that,for medium-and long-term follow-up of patients with T1 a renal cell carcinoma,compared with radical nephrectomy,nephron sparing surgery( NSS) has considerable oncology effects but better able to preserve kidney function and improve patient's quality of life. So Urologists gradually take NSS as standard operation in unilateral renal tumor. The application and study of NSS is becoming more and more widely and deeply,and its indications have been expanded. In this paper,we make a review of the application and progress of NSS to explore current techniques and future prospects of NSS.
