血站文化建设工作的探索与思考

目的探索构建具有地域特点、行业特征和个性特色的血站文化体系,力求从深层次上构建员工的核心价值观,使血站文化真正转化为员工的价值理念和共同行为模式。方法从企业文化、医院文化、组织文化等各个角度、各个层面吸收养分,加以变革、创新、发展和积淀,构建血站文化建设体系。结果结合大连市的地域特点和血站的实际情况,构建了以精神文化、物质文化、质量文化、科技文化、服务文化和宣传文化为依托的血站文化的基本框架,较好地发挥血站文化的导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能、约束功能和辐射功能。结论只要我们正确认识血站文化的内涵、特征和作用,以人为本,强化责任责任,树立血站品牌,就能有效地促进采供血事业的健康持续发展。

Objective To establish a cultural system in Dalian blood bank incorporating full characteristics of regionality, professional, and individuality, to make efforts to build, at a deeper level, the core values among staffs, and to truthfully embody this cultural system among staffs with their own values and concept as well as their own common behavior conduct. Methods Various aspects were absorbed and incorporated in hospital and organization at multiple levels, and then they were further reformed, innovated, developed and integrated, in order to construct a culture system in the blood bank. Results Based on Dalian＇s regional feature and blood center＇s practical situation, the framework of cultural system was buih based on its values toward spirituality, material, quality, technology, service and promotion. It enabled the cultural system to develop its sense of orientation, cohesion, incentive, restriction and spreading influence. Conclusion By recognizing the inner workings, features and the roles of blood bank culture, maintaining a people oriented culture and fostering a good image of the blood bank, we can efficiently promote the healthy and sustainable development of blood collection and supply.
