协同创新中心合作网络研究——以教育部首批认定协同创新中心为例 被引量:12

Cooperation Network Analysis of Collaborative Innovation Center: Taking the First Collaborative Innovation Centers that Identified by the Ministry of Education as an Example

摘要 组建有效的合作网络是协同创新中心运行的重要前提,以教育部首批认定14家协同创新中心为例,基于协同创新中心成员单位联合申请专利和合著论文为样本构建合作网络,对比分析组建前后合作网络结构特征。结果表明:14家协同创新中心在组建后,成员单位之间的合作深度不同程度的提高,但在合作广度方面变化较小,成员单位合作也多为两两线性合作关系,且不少协同创新中心的牵头单位并不是已有合作网络的中心节点。提高协同创新中心成员参与度,鼓励高校参与已组建的协同创新中心,提高协同创新中心合作网络的深度与广度,将协同创新中心作为破除制约高校创新能力提升的载体,而非将其视为获取资源的途径,应是今后协同创新中心发展需关注的方面。 Creating an effective cooperation network is an important prerequisite for collaborative innovation cen- ter. Taking the first collaborative innovation center that identified by the ministry of education as an example and the co-inventive patents and co-publish papers as sample, this paper constructs the cooperation network of the 14 collaborative innovation centers, and distinguishes the difference and transformation before and after their establish- ment. It has found out that the cooperation intensity among centers have been enhanced differently after the estab- lishment of the 14 collaborative innovation centers, but the size and breadth of cooperation network did change slightly, and the cooperation among members mostly are linear relationship, that is to say multilateral cooperation model between members around a specific topic is still in its embryonic form. Meanwhile there is big contrast in network cohesion among centers, and many focal point of collaborative innovation center is not the central node of the existing cooperation network. Future development of the collaborative innovation centers should focus around the following points, rather than regarding the formation of collaborative innovation centers as an approach to obtain resources. Namely by improving the level of participation among members of collaborative innovation center, developing and enhancing the size and breadth of cooperation network, encouraging universities to participate in the collaborative innovation center that have been constructed, and setting the collaborative innovation center as a vehicle to get rid of the constraints of innovation that in turn will enhance the ability of colleges and universities.
