摘要
结合工程实例,从掏土及注水纠偏、注浆及堆载纠偏、静力压桩纠偏、钢结构纠偏四方面,介绍了几种常用的建筑物纠偏方案,并阐述了各方案的施工技术与适用条件,以针对建筑物的特点选择适宜的纠偏方案。
Combining with engineering examples,starting from four aspects of soil digging and water-injecting rectification,grouting and heap loading rectification,static pile pressing rectification and steel structure rectification,the paper introduces several common building rectifying deviation scheme,and illustrates their construction technologies and applicable conditions,with a view to select suitable rectifying deviation scheme in light of building features.
