摘要
以南宁轨道交通1号线某盾构区间小半径曲线段隧道施工为例,分析了小半径曲线段管片错台、破裂、渗漏等质量问题的产生原因,并从盾构选型、管片选型、掘进参数、注浆参数等方面,提出了相应的解决对策,可供类似盾构工程施工借鉴和参考。
Taking curve tunnel construction in small radius of a shield interval in Nanning metro line one as an example,the main quality problems such as step,crack,and leakage existed in lining segments of the small radius curve tunnel are pointed out,the causes of these segment defects are analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of type selection of shield,segment selection,shield tunneling parameters,grouting parameters and so on are put forward,which can provide references for similar shield project construction.
