From Refusal to Acceptance: Study on Regulating the Floating Labor Force

根据各级政府和政府部门的有关法规,描述了当代城镇对农民劳动力进城务工从阻止到开始接纳的过程。改革旧的劳动就业体系是必须的,但是对改革的难度要有足够的估计。

Basing on the analysis of the central and local government regulations on floating population, this paper describes the process of the urban market's attitudes toward the urban in -migrants of rural labor force which is from refusal to acceptance. Although it is necessary to reform the old employment system, we should be fully aware of the difficulties of the processes.
