早期干预对早产儿神经和行为发育的影响

Influence of early intervention on neural and behavioral development in preterm infants

[目的]探讨早期干预对早产儿神经和行为发育效果的影响。[方法]将94例早产儿按照家长自愿的原则分为观察组50例和对照组44例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予早期干预,比较两组12个月时的体格发育、神经行为发育以及预后情况。[结果]观察组早产儿12个月时的智力发育指数、运动发育指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿12个月时的大运动、精细运动、社交行为等神经发育情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿12个月时的神经后遗症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]早期干预能够促进早产儿神经、行为发育,减少神经后遗症的发生,改善患儿的预后。

Objective To probe into the influence of early intervention on the neural and behavioral development in preterm infants.Methods： A total of 94 cases of preterm infants were divided into observation group（50 cases） and control group（44 cases） in accordance with the principle of voluntary parents.The patients in control group were treated with conventional care, the patients in observation group were given early intervention, and the physical development, neural and behavioral development and prognosis of preterm infants were compared be-tween both groups in 12 months old. Results：the intelligent development index and motor development index of preterm infants in 12 months old in observation group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The large movement, fine motor, social behavior and other neural devel-opment situation of preterm infants in 12 months old in observation group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of neurological sequelae in observation group was less than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early intervention could promote the development of neural and behavioral in preterm infants,reduce the incidence of neurological sequelae and improve the prognosis.
