摘要
在中小学体育教学中,体质论与技能论(包括三基论、结合论)是两种具有代表性、概括性的体育教学理论。当前中小学体育教学所遵从的教学理论属于体质论,该理论在逻辑指向及过程指导方面存在过于强调结果的缺陷,对于体育课的开展方式及过程缺乏针对性的指导建议,造成过程与结果的混同,使体育课呈现去知识化的趋势。而技能论在过程建设方面也存在一定的问题,并且,同样未能明确对学生身心特点的关注。相比之下,技术健身论立论明确,逻辑指向清晰,更加贴近体育运动本身,能体现学校体育的内在价值,应成为学校体育教学理论的应然选择。
The constitution theory,and the skill theory( including the three-basic theory and the combination theory) are two representative and recapitulative theories for physical education in primary and middle schools. The teaching thought adopted in the present-day physical education in primary and middle schools is of constitution. As it is too results-oriented in both the teaching logic and the instructional process,it fails to provide targeted guiding suggestions on how to deliver the PE class and instruct students. As a result,PE teachers have a tendency to belittle knowledge as the teaching process is mixed with the teaching result. Problems of the skill theory are also identified in the teaching process. Teachers using this theory are unable to give enough attention to students' physical and mental characteristics. Compared to the two theories,the theory of fitness through sports skills has clearer goals and logic,offers better theoretical approach to sports,and better reveals the intrinsic value of physical education. Therefore this theory should be an inevitable choice for physical education in primary and middle schools.
