减阻剂对表面活性剂性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 滑溜水压裂施工过程中的用液量大,为减少压裂液滞留而引起的储层伤害,需加入促返排的表面活性剂。研究了油基乳液类、粉末类以及JHFR纳米复合减阻剂对TMAC(四甲基氯化铵)、BTAC(丁基三甲基氯化铵)、OTAC(辛基三甲基氯化铵)和DTAC(十二烷基三甲基氯化铵)4种表面活性剂的影响,结果表明JHFR纳米复合减阻剂对多数表面活性剂具有增效作用,如二者协同使用,则可增强表面活性剂的促返排效果。该研究成果可为滑溜水中化学剂的选择提供参考依据,并为研究滑溜水中化学剂之间的相互作用提供借鉴。 In the process of slick water fracturing operation,it is needed to use large amount of fluid.In order to reduce reservoir damage caused by retention of the fracturing fluid,it is needed to add surfactant to promote flowback.Researches are carried out on the influence of four kinds of quaternary ammonium salt surface active agents,which result from three kinds of drag reduction agents(DRA).The results show that JHFR nanocomposite DRA has a synergy in quaternary ammonium salt surfactants.It suggests that the coordination use of two types of agents can enhance the flowback effect of surfactants.Research results can provide reference for choosing the chemicals for slick water,and also provide reference for studying the interaction among its chemical agents.
