摘要
基于以可靠性为中心的维修理念,对列车自动防护(ATP)车载设备进行功能和故障模式分析,运用层次分析法(AHP)对某种类型的ATP车载设备故障影响程度进行定量评估.结果表明:TCR天线的故障影响程度最高,BTM的故障概率最高,应适当调整这两个设备的维修策略.说明AHP方法可有效运用于ATP车载设备的维修决策,可针对性的优化既有的通用维修模式.
This paper analyses the function and failure mode of ATP on-board equipment based on the reliability centered maintenance concept. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to quantitatively assess the failure affecting degree of some types of ATP on-board equip- ment maintenance. The results show that the failure affecting degree of TCR antenna is the high- est, the failure probability of BTM is the highest. Therefore the maintenance strategy of this two equipment should be adjusted. AHP method can be effectively applied to the maintenance decision of ATP on-board equipment and it could optimize the existing maintenance modes.
