富血小板血浆在骨关节外科研究及应用的进展 被引量:5

Pre-clinical research and clinical application of platelet rich plasma(PRP) in joint surgery

摘要 近年来,随着临床与基础研究的发展,PRP在成骨效应,软骨以及血管再生等方面显示出不同效果的生物效应,使其在骨关节外科领域有着理想的应用前景。但是伤口愈合、骨性关节炎以及韧带跟腱修复等方面在临床应用上缺乏标准的治疗指南且试验样本量不够大,导致治疗效果不一致。因此,本文查阅近年来有关PRP在骨关节外科研究及应用的国外文献并进行分析,目的为PRP将来的研究方向以及制定临床应用标准准则提供参考。 In recent years, with the development of clinical and basic research, PRP has shown different biological effects in the respects of osteogenesis and regeneration of cartilage and blood vessel, which shows a promising prospect in the application of joint surgery. However, PRP has inconsistent clinical curative effect due to lack of standard treatment guidelines for clinical application of wound healing, osteoarthritis and repair of tendon and ligament as well as great clinical sample size. Here, the authors reviewed and summarized the recent foreign literatures about pre-clinical research and clinical application of PRP in joint surgery, to provide insight for the future research directions and standard clinical protocol.
