规范随访制度对门诊鼻出血患者的影响

The Effects of Standardized Follow-up System on Outpatient Nasal Bleeding

目的:探讨规范随访制度对门诊鼻出血患者的影响。方法:将90例鼻出血患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规随访方式,观察组采用规范随访制度,比较两组复发情况、疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组复发及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范随访制度能有效提高门诊鼻出血患者治疗效果,减少复发和不良并发症发生。

Objective ： To explore the effects of standardized follow - up system on outpatient nasal bleeding. Methods ： A total of 90 pa- tients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine follow - up, while the observation group was given the standardized follow - up system. The incidence of recurrence, curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results ： The incidence of recurrence and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the curative effect was higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The standardized follow- up system can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with nasal bleeding, reduce the incidence of recurrence and adverse complications.
