摘要
目的:探讨跑步训练对高血压患者血压及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法:选取在本院就诊的原发性高血压患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组口服降压药物控制血压,观察组在口服降压药物的同时接受跑步训练。干预6个月后,对比两组患者干预前后的血压、颈动脉内膜中层厚度以及颈动脉内径的变化。结果:干预后两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均显著低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后的收缩压为(128.27±12.35)mm Hg,舒张压为(80.27±8.35)mm Hg,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度、颈动脉内径均显著低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后的颈动脉内膜中层厚度为(0.83±0.10)mm,颈动脉内径为(6.21±0.93)mm,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:跑步训练可提高高血压患者的血压控制效果,降低患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度,对动脉硬化有改善作用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of treadmill training on blood pressure and carotid artery intima media thickness in patients with hypertension.Method: 86 hypertension patients were chosen, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group.The control group was given antihypertensive drugs orally to control blood pressure, observation group was given antihypertensive drugs orally and treadmill training.After 6 months treatment, the blood pressure, carotid artery intima media thickness and carotid artery diameter were compared between the two groups.Result: The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P〈0.05 ) .The systolic blood pressure of the observation group was ( 128.27 ± 12.35 ) mm Hg, and diastolic blood pressure was ( 80.27 ± 8.35 )mm Hg, which were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .The carotid artery intima media thickness and carotid artery diameter of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P〈0.05 ), the carotid artery intima media thickness of the observation group was ( 0.83 ±0.10 ) mm, and the diameter of the carotid artery was ( 6.21 ± 0.93 ) mm, which were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Treadmill training helps to lower the blood pressure smoothly in hypertension patients, reduces the carotid artery intima media thickness, and improves the arteriosclerosis.
