长途航行对舰艇人员部分免疫指标、自由基代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的对长途航行(长航)舰艇人员外周血免疫因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)以及自由基代谢指标黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD1)进行分析,探讨长航对机体免疫状况、自由基代谢的影响。方法分别采集舰艇人员长航前、中、后外周血标本,检测并比较血清IL-6、TNF-ɑ、XOD1以及血浆INF-γ含量变化。结果与长航前相比,长航中、后IL-6与TNF-ɑ明显升高(P<0.01),INF-γ明显下降(P<0.01);长航中XOD1无明显变化,长航后XOD1明显升高(P<0.01)。结论长航对舰艇人员免疫功能、自由基代谢有一定影响,应予以重视,加强卫勤保障。 Objective To explore the effect of long voyage on navy personnel's immune system and metabolism of free radicals by analyzing the human peripheral blood immune factors IL-6,INF-γ,TNF-α and XOD1. Methods The serum IL-6,TNF-α,XOD1 and plasma INF-γ levels of navy personnel were compared before,during and after the long voyage. Results IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly increased during and after the long voyage(P〈0.01),INF-γ decreased significantly(P〈0.01). XOD was significantly increased after the long voyage(P〈0.01). Conclusion Long voyage has a certain effect on immune system and metabolism of free radicals; we should attach great importance to hygiene during navy voyage.
